Residence Inn by Marriott Tampa Sabal Park/Brandon

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend and can’t wait to go back. From check in to check out the service was amazing. Friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean. The lobby has a fireplace and outside there is a fire pit. Highly recommend this hotel

My stay so far has been a pleasant one. Cynthia at the front desk is such a lovely personality and went over the top to be helpful. Marriott and the Residence Inn are very lucky to have an employee like her!!

Love this place, includes a kitchen, fridge, microwave & stove. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and breakfast is the bomb!

Just stayed for the night as we visited the Tampa RV Supershow. Location was convenient-within 2-3 miles from fairgrounds. We arrived at night and the grounds seemed well taken care of. The room 108 was clean, but def seen better days. (First floor was nosey at night from herding elephants above) The bathroom had quite a bit of mix matched paint on walls, soap, some hair, and towel left in from previous guest. Yuck. Cabinets were rough with lots of scratches. Floor and bedding were clean. Size of room was great. Very large with everything you could need for a short or longer stay. Staff was nice, and breakfast in the morning was a plus before our trek home. Overall I’d prob give this a 3ish star. Not bad, nor the best, room for improvement but tolerable for a nights rest.

I’m not sure about all of the other rooms, but the rooms (2) we stayed in (3rd floor) at this location were very clean. As for the service, the angel at the front desk Victoria, deserves a raise and a promotion. She has the BEST attitude and told us the most amazing place to eat (Ulele) When we came in, my business partner asked about the bad reviews and if the hotel was renovated. She told us what year it was renovated and said if someone complained of an issue, they put in a work order to fix it. My room and my partners room, were amazing though and I am pretty picky. I can’t say enough about Victoria and her amazing, calmness, she was super informative and wasn’t offended that we asked about the bad reviews. Please understand things happen with every business. For this boujee princess, this hotel is amazing and I’d stay here again!

A very nice, family friendly hotel. My room was very clean and I was very impressed when I walked in. The workers at the front desk were always friendly with me and gave me little tips on things to do in the area over my 3 day stay. It’s in a nice little part of town off the main road, the parking lot is well lit at night and there was always a good amount of cars in the parking lot.

I will say this was one of the best stays that we’ve had in a very long time. We stayed from November 23rd through the 27th… The lobby always smelled so nice and clean, the fire pit area was amazing although we wished it stayed open a little longer…. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was great! We would love to give a special Thank you and extend our extreme gratitude for Victoria who works the front desk at night! To say she was a pleasure to have met and done business with is an understatement….She is the kindest, professional and all around greatest front desk staff member we encountered! Because of her I will highly recommend anyone to stay here if you want to feel like ur at home with family! Prior to booking my room, I looked at the Google reviews for this property. Having driven 18 hours, I had a specific request for my room to ensure comfort and relaxation. So, I messaged the hotel via the Marriott app and without question or hassle, the representative granted my request. When I asked who I should thank for my extremely last minute request, the team member gave me her name, which was Victoria. This made my day knowing that I had already read positive reviews about Victorias hospitality, so I know I was in good hands! Not even arriving to the hotel yet, and being taken care of by Victoria really outlines the level of hospitality that she has to make her customers and especially elite members feel at home, seen, and special! This service alone is the most important factor for me when looking to book with Marriott. It doesn’t matter so much what the property looks like, as long as the people that take care of you make you feel at home and respected! Thanks, Victoria!
